All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods or drops, processing times may be extended.

  • International: 7–15 business days

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48–72 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Delays
VXUL Archive is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

  • The customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages
VXUL Archive is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered.” We recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance.

International Orders & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
